Dorm room furniture

Dorm rooms have generally a number of people sleeping in. Thus you have to make the most of available space. For sitting furniture, have small chairs made out of bamboo or oak. You may even have retractable or folding seats.

There is no logic behind placing coffee tables in dorm rooms. It will only use up space. For sleeping purposes, have your beds built in such a way that it has an inner shifting bed too. You can also go for bunker beds that have railway like system. This especially works if dorm room is for kids. Two can then settle in one bunker.

Cabin beds are also an intelligent option. These hang from ceilings at the height of your knee. You may even have suspender beds that are placed near the skylight. Just add a number of beds in small dorm room and have a majority take a good night’s sleep.
